Delivery
Where do you deliver?+
We offer local delivery throughout the Midlands. Add your postcode at checkout and our team will confirm coverage and the exact delivery charge for your address.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?+
Yes. A minimum spend of £80 is required for local delivery. Smaller orders are still welcome via our Click & Collect service.
How is delivery priced?+
Local delivery is charged at approximately £1 per mile from our depot, with a minimum delivery charge of £15. Final pricing is confirmed before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?+
We do not commit to a fixed delivery date at checkout. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery day that works for you — every delivery is scheduled personally.
Do you offer Click & Collect?+
Yes. Click & Collect is available with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Collection hours are Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00 and Saturday 8:00–13:00. We'll confirm your slot once your order is ready.
Can you handle heavy goods?+
Absolutely — we are heavy goods delivery specialists. Fence panels, concrete posts, ballast, sand and timber are all handled by our own trained team.

Are your fence panels suitable for British weather?+
Yes. Every panel is pressure-treated and built to perform across all British seasons, from heavy rain to summer heat.
Do you sell concrete posts and gravel boards?+
Yes — our concrete range is precision-cut for a flawless installation alongside our timber panels.
Can you supply timber by the length?+
Yes. Our timber supplies range covers rails, posts and boards in a curated selection of sizes.
Do you offer bespoke gates or fencing?+
We can advise on bespoke options for many products. Get in touch and our team will help you find the right solution.
Orders & payment
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. All payments are handled securely via Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I amend my order after placing it?+
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer trade pricing?+
Our focus is providing premium products to UK homeowners at a fair, transparent price. Contact us for larger project enquiries.
After delivery
What if a panel arrives damaged?+
Every order is checked carefully before dispatch. In the rare case of damage, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement.
